We deliver to sixty-odd countries. Wherever you are, the parcel is tracked from the moment it leaves us.

Prices in USD. Working days run Monday to Friday, holidays aside, and the clock starts the day your order is dispatched. Orders to the United Kingdom and the European Union are sent duties paid. Everywhere else, customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and payable by the recipient on delivery.
Sending it back
Four steps, thirty days.
If the pen isn't right, it goes home with no argument from us. You have thirty days from the day it arrives.
- Write to us. Send your order number through the contact page and tell us what went wrong — a person reads it, usually the same day.
- We send a prepaid label. It reaches your inbox within one working day. Returns are free from the UK and the EU; elsewhere, $8 comes off the refund to cover the courier.
- Box it up as it came. Keep the scroll you printed — a used ribbon costs you nothing. Unopened printers and paper rolls should come back sealed.
- Refunded within five working days. Once it lands at the workshop we check it over and send the money back the way it came, then write to tell you it's done.
Exchanges work the same way: tell us which finish you'd rather have and we'll post it the day your return is scanned.

Within 48 hours of the order landing, Monday to Friday. Anything placed over a weekend goes out on Monday. The tracking number reaches your inbox the moment the parcel leaves the bench — and if you asked us to print your first scroll, it is already rolled inside.
Who carries it, and can I follow the parcel?
Royal Mail Tracked inside the United Kingdom, DHL everywhere else. Both are tracked door to door, and the link in your dispatch email updates at every scan. Nothing needs a signature unless you ask for one.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
Orders to the United Kingdom and the European Union are sent duties paid — the total at checkout is the total you pay. Beyond those, duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and collected on delivery, and they are the recipient's to settle. Worth knowing if the pen is a surprise: send it to yourself first, then hand it over.
Can I change the address after ordering?
Yes, if you catch us before the parcel is picked — usually a window of a few hours. Write to us with the order number and the new address and we'll move it. Once tracking is live the courier takes over, though most of them let you redirect a parcel mid-journey.
Do I have to return the paper rolls and the printer too?
Only if you're sending the whole kit back. Rolls and printers come home unopened and sealed; if you've already printed with them, keep them and we'll refund the pen alone. Nobody wants a half-used ribbon of somebody else's words.
What if it arrives damaged, or never arrives at all?
Send us a photograph and a replacement goes out the same day, no return needed. If tracking stalls for ten working days we treat the parcel as lost and post a new one — you shouldn't have to chase a courier on our behalf.
